Natsu no Arashi concludes with an episode which is pretty similar to the shows opener, only even stranger.

For one thing, rather than constantly cycling the background characters as they’ve been doing in the show recently, this episodes gimmick is that it’s the characters costumes that are constantly cycling.

As such, we get Yayoi cosplaying as, well, Yayoi (from iM@S, of course). I admit that this is the only reason I really decided to post about Arashi this week ^^;

We also get Kaya as KOS-MOS, and Arashi as Aya from The Oneechanbara games.

Then we get some slightly more obscure ones – how many people remember Hyper Police?

The episodes climax with pretty much every character in the show dressed up as Tenma from School Rumble. How cute.

Characters from School Rumble also appear on the Milk cartons throughout the episode.
