Unfunny Internet Meme Comics #9-2

This is a comic which will likely only make any kind of sense to those who watch the twice-annual Precure movies, which probably means very few of those reading. As way of on explanation, those attending a screening of one of the Precure movies in Japan (or, indeed, pre-order them on Blu-Ray) are gifted a little flashlight-style wand. At some point during the movie, when it looks like our heroines may not pull through, the mascot characters will implore the audience (well, all the people in the movies universe who happen to also have obtained such wands) to wave their wand around and send their best wishes to the near-defeated Precures, providing them the strength to win.
I can’t help but think that, at least for the cinema going experience, they should dabble a little in interactive cinema – they should really be picking up on how many people are actually playing along with the movie, and if a certain percentage of the audience isn’t responding, they should absolutely switch over to a bad end. Teach those kids a bit of responsibility by traumatising them a touch and all that.

I agree completely. This sort of thing was practiced during my childhood, although kids were usually given retries at lighten the tree.

Yeah, given that’d take me approximately 6.125 years to draw, I think she’ll have to cope without ^^;
