As spotted in a news update over at AoD Mania, the Geneon/Funimation distribution deal has finally seen the first season of Nanoha solicited for the R1 market, released as a complete set coming on the 11th of November for a not-really-all-that-bad price of $60.

I’d kind of expected the series to come out as single volumes first, having been unreleased previously, not to mention that I’m pretty sure it’s been dubbed as well, but I guess someone at Funimation managed to persuade Geneon that it wasn’t such a good idea. I guess As’ will follow suit early next year.

Oh, and the first season of Zero no Tsukaima hits a week earlier, with pretty much the same deal, but obviously not half as awesome. There’s finally a release date for Darker Than Black as well, though that’s getting the singles treatment first.
