\nI actually watched this a few weeks ago, though I had previously seen the movie when it screened at the Glasgow Youth Film Festival a couple of years back. I pretty much just watched it because I was looking for something I could have on as background noise whilst getting other seasonal-matters sorted, and the dub was sitting there on Netflix (though, apparently, I also have the BDs sitting around, but messing around with disks feels like actual effort at this point). It’s a pretty OK one of these kinds of shows, ultimately, with the occasional flash of really stellar animation that you’d expect to pop out of a Bones production, and the series conclusion that eventually ends up being something of a hot-mess that you’d also normally expect from this kind of thing. It’s not really something I’d particularly either try to persuade or dissuade someone from watching.<\/p>\n

\nAside from the fact that her usual double-ahoge only really appears briefly in the feature film, they considerably softened the outline of her hair, and way rounded the rest of her features, resulting in her looking a smidgen plumper, but also considerably more “adorbs”. Not that there’s anything particularly notable in this other than it being surprisingly noticeable, even given the couple of years between me seeing the movie and the TV show.<\/p>\n<\/center>
