From Episode 6 of the new series of Hayate the Combat Bulter, being used as desks by a bunch of over-stressed manga artists.
I… don’t have anything to say about the show, really – JC Staffs adaptation of the original manga is entirely competent, although the art is a little janky on occasion.

I saw what may be one in episode 6 of Pokemon, near the end right before the credits. There’s a box that says ‘mika’ on it but is cut off. Not sure if counts.

That’s clearly actually a Pokemon – Mikachu, the Orange Electric Rat… thingy… OK, maybe not.
That’s probably less tenuous than the one from On Your Marks that I posted, so I guess it should count, though that would mean locating and watching through the episode in order to get a screengrab ^^;

I have one but the fansubbers annoyingly put screen text on the thing that translated the maning minus the ‘n’.
