From episode 2 of Arakawa Under the Bridge.

My own notes on this one actually actually pointed to the manga, mainly because if you take a gander at the page for it on the Crunchyroll Manga service (remember that?), you can see Nino wrapped in one on the cover of the first volume.

Still, whilst I’m not particularly adverse to just using a manga for entries here, due diligence and all that, I took a quick skim through the episodes to see if I could spot one, and thankfully (for the sake of my freetime, anyway) I didn’t have to get much further than the second episode. There’s actually another cut with one a couple of seconds after this, as part of a larger construction.

Though this, coincidentally, is the most you see of it during the opening of the manga chapter this particular story is based on.
